Hello,
I am reaching out to seek assistance with a Bluetooth connectivity issue I've been experiencing with my Colorful P15 laptop, which is equipped with an Intel AX211 Bluetooth card. I've encountered two distinct problems, depending on the Bluetooth driver version I use.
When using the system-provided Bluetooth driver version 22.250.10.0, I experience intermittent audio drops when connected to my Bluetooth headphones. This makes listening to music or participating in calls a frustrating experience.
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I upgraded to the latest Bluetooth driver version BT-23.50.0, downloaded from the Intel website (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649/intel-wireless-bluetooth-drivers-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html). However, this update introduced a new problem: after pausing audio playback for a period, the headphones fail to produce sound when audio is resumed. The headphones remain powered on and connected, indicating that this is not a power-saving or standby mode issue. This problem did not occur with the previous driver version.
In summary, both driver versions have their respective issues, leaving me without a stable Bluetooth connection for my headphones. I am looking for a recommendation on whether there is a specific driver version known to be stable and free from these issues, or if there are plans to address these problems in a future driver update.
Any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve a reliable Bluetooth connection with my Colorful P15 and Intel AX211 card would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello let me try to help you brother. Based on your post, it seems you already tried the system-provided driver (version 22.250.10.0) and the latest version from Intel (BT-23.50.0), both with their own sets of problems. Achieving a stable Bluetooth connection can indeed be challenging with these issues.
At the moment, I recommend taking the following steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:
Since you said that the issues began with the latest driver (BT-23.50.0), consider rolling back to the previous driver (version 22.250.10.0) to see if it resolves the intermittent audio drops. Sometimes, older versions might offer better stability despite their own drawbacks
Keeping your laptop’s firmware up to date is essential. Firmware updates often address compatibility issues with Bluetooth cards, ensuring smoother performance and better connectivity. Make sure to check for any available firmware updates for your Colorful P15 laptop
And; after rolling back to the previous driver, check if adjusting the driver settings (like power management settings or advanced Bluetooth settings) can mitigate the issues you're facing.
Have you tried to reach out to your system manufacturer support directly? Maybe they may have specific troubleshooting steps or even beta drivers that address known issues with your setup.
but about the future updates, please visit Intel's driver download page or subscribe to notifications for updates related to your Bluetooth card model.
Hope this helps
