Bluetooth (Intel® Wireless-AC 9560) on Windows 11 Does Not See Bluetooth Devices

I have a computer based on the GIGABYTE Z590 UD AC motherboard. This motherboard has the Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 built-in module that provides Bluetooth and Wi-Fi interfaces.

The problem is that when searching for devices on Windows, it does not see any, although connecting devices are also searching, for example a phone or a bluetooth mouse. And It has the phone can see the mouse and connect to it.

However, the Wi-Fi interface works normal. There doesn't have some errores or something like that.

I tried to install drivers for this module from the official Intel site but it didn't help.

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

For us to further check, please help provide the following details.

1. What is your OS?

2. Is it working fine before?

3. Did you change any settings or configuration before the issue started?

4. Aside from Updating the driver, what are the other troubleshooting steps that you tried?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

1. The OS is:

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 23H2

OS build 22631.3155

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0

2. It hasn't worked since the problem started.

3. As I remember, It wasn't.

4. I tried to delete them completely and install again.

I have already discussed this problem on Microsoft Community and it finished with the advice to reinstall OS.

Hello SphoulerBackstone,

Thank you for the reply.

Since you already tried the drivers from Intel, I also checked the website of your motherboard.

Since the Bluetooth is embedded, this controller may have been altered or modified by the motherboard manufacturer that's why they have their own driver. Here is the link:

https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z590-UD-AC-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver-wlanbt

You may also contact them if you need to update the BIOS or other troubleshooting for the embedded Bluetooth.

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
