Bluetooth and AX200 f Fail

I have an HP ProBook 435 G7. Periodically the Wifi 6 AX200 stops running and says:
This device cannot start code 10
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

At the same time, the Intel Bluetooth goes missing from the device manager.

I tried interesting new drivers from the Intel Driver Support Assistant and doing a repair installation of windows. Still an intermittent problem. Hopefully someone can help?
