Hi @Maxx277,
Thank you for responding to my previous message. Installation or use of Intel® Wireless Adapters is subject to country-specific legal regulations. Some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapters to be certified with the antenna that is intended to be used together in the system, while some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapter to be certified at the full system level. For example, in the US, the official rules governing the use of antennas with certified modules is covered under rule parts 15.203, 15.247 and 15.407. These can be accessed and/or downloaded at the FCC site.
An Intel® Wireless Adapter installed in a system that is being sold on the market doesn't necessarily mean that same wireless adapter can be used or installed in any other systems for the above mentioned reason.
As each country may have different regulatory requirements, before you install/change the Intel® Wireless Adapter in a system, you must contact the system manufacturer to determine if the Intel® Wireless Adapters you plan to install is approved for use in your system and country. You are required to follow the manufacturer's post-approval requirements.
If you have already performed the integration, it is also important to understand that it may not work due to hardware or software compatibility issues or dependencies.
With this in mind, I would like to suggest contacting your motherboard manufacturer to check if the wireless card that you've installed has been pre-certified to be installed with the motherboard.
Regards,
Ernesto C.

Hi @Maxx277,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I'd like to better understand the situation you're in by asking the following questions:
1. May I know the device you're using? Is it a desktop? Is it a laptop - if it is a laptop, may I know the brand and model of your device?
2. You've mentioned that you're having an issue with Intel Unison as well. I'd like to clarify if this is a separate issue with your Bluetooth device?
Regards,
Ernesto C.

It's a desktop, and I have problem with Intel Unison because the bluetooth driver keep being disconnecting while Wi-Fi is still working fine. It's an issue that cause by bluetooth connection stability, otherwise, Intel Unison work just fine.

Hi @Maxx277,
I've re-opened your case. Apologies since I wasn't able to see your previous response earlier. Let me dig deeper on the issue:
1. May I know the brand and model of your desktop?
2. Was the wireless card pre-installed with your motherboard?
3. After installing the Bluetooth driver 23.70 to 23.90, are your seeing any error message or exclamation point on the Bluetooth device within the device manager?

Ernesto C.

1 and 2: Here my MSINFO screenshot. I bought the card AX200 of third party market
3. Anything newer than 23.50.0.2 will have issue above with bluetooth. It happen only with bluetooth driver while with WIFI I can freely use latest driver without any issue.
