Today I updated the Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver on my Lenovo P52 (20M9CTO1WW), Win11 Pro, latest version, according to the recommendation of the Intel Driver and Suppport Assistant to ver. 23.40.0.2
After rebooting my PC, none of the mouses is being connected, not the Logitech MX Master 3 nor a No-Name mouse. In Windows system settings both mouse appear as paired, but can not be connected. Turning the mouse on/off also does not help.
Add. observations:
- trying to remove the device fails ("device will be removed", then "error while removing" then "paired"
- adding a mouse again also fails, as no device is found
- turning BT on/off also does not help
- no entry in the Windows Eventviewer regarding BT
Before the upgrade everthing worked fine.
Any idea?
Regards,
Otto

Rolling back to the previous version solved the problem.
Quite disappointing that recommended driver updates are not reliable.

Exact same experience. Lenovo Vantage keeps updating this defective driver, and I have to keep rolling it back.
