I recently upgraded my computer a few months ago and got the MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI LGA 1700 Intel Z790 motherboard with the Intel Wifi 6E AX211 installed. Everything worked great on it until a week ago.
I was connected to my Samsung sound bar listening to music. I paused for a bit to do something. Gone long enough for the soundbar to turn off from inactivity, which has happened multiple times before. Well when I came back. I turned on the sound bar and clicked connect on the settings menu on windows 11 and it wasn't able to connect. So I restarted my computer and attempted to connect again. Didn't work. So then I disconnected and I forgot the device from windows 11. When I attempted to re-pair the sound bar and my computer, my computer wasn't able to detect the sound bar. I turned on my phones Bluetooth to see if it could detect my phone, and still couldn't.
My phone detected my computer. Then when trying to pair it did. But the disconnected immediately and I wasn't able to re connect.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. Disabled the device. Restarted computer and re enabled it. Repaired the driver. Verified widows files. Made sure all updates are done. And after a week still can't connect

1. Was the soundbar connected to the computer by BT?
2. Can the soundbar be detected by the phone BT?
3. Can you pair the soundbar to the phone BT?
