- Are asking if you can use your WiFi adapter as hot spot?
- If is that what you are asking, the answer is yes. For example if your O.S. is Windows 10, open Settings, Network & Internet > Mobile Hotspot, Share my Internet connection with other devices set to ON. Choose Share my Internet connection over WiFi.

Yes, i asked about using wifi adapter as hot spot. The problem lies in error "The hosted network couldn't be started.
The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation" after typing "wlan start hostednetwork" in my command prompt. But as far as I understand it appears because i'm using PPPoE, not because wifi adapter problem (my OS is Win10).

Although you are connected to Internet trough Ethernet cable, connect your PC to Internet also with Wifi. Only then switch the Mobile Hotspot to ON.

One more question: were you connected to Internet in any way when you tried to switch the Mobile Hotspot to ON? I'm asking, because on the attached image, I can't see any network ID below the "Share my Internet connection from"

Yes, i was connected via ethernet cable. I searched some information about this and as far as I understand Win10 does not see this connection because this is PPPoE connection.
