I went to my router to change security settings, but then went back to go back the settings I had. I have two laptops that can't connect to my wireless network, however, our android phones, Alexa, and android TV box, and Chromecast can get to wireless network. The wireless adapter is Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168. Any suggestions to fix this?

Hello ekdman
Thank you for posting in the Intel® community.
- Have you tried a clean installation of the wireless driver? See the steps below.
- You could try the Advanced Intel® Wireless Adapter Settings to configure the Intel® wireless (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html) adapter to comply with the environment settings
- Also, you have mentioned that this issue stated after some changes made on the router, in this case, if the steps provided previously don t help I would recommend contacting the router manufacturer for assistance with the correct setting for the device.

For the umpteenth time , I turned the router off and unplugged it. Then replugged it and turn the switch back on. No wireless connection. Then for the umpteenth time I pushed in the reset button. Voilla. It worked this time!!
And the other computer connected wirelessly, too.
