Can't find my network

Spectrum is now using smart routers. 

I can not find my Network on the list or create it. They told me Dual driver 3160 is not working with smart routers. What do I do??

Are you using an Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160?

Are you using a Spectrum router? If so, what is the model of it?
