You have a single band N 7260, not a dual band N 7260.

Your adapter is single band. A dual band driver will not change that.

You would need to ask Toshiba about replacing the wifi card. Or, you could purchase a dual band usb dongle.

Where does it say any of them are supporting 5ghz?

Just get yourself a dual band usb dongel and be happy.
