Hallo everyone.
I have top intel flagship Killer AX1690 m.2 card and it is only supporting just one frequency at the same time (despite support Tri Band).
I use my PC as a 4G SIM router.
I need it (dual frequency Hotspot) for my smartHOME which only works on 2.4GHz frequency which is ancient and slow and I need 6GHz for very fast smartphone and other devices.
I have everything on latest Windows 11 24H2 updates with PC intel 13th gen i3.
Thank you for helping me

Hello Bart123,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- Are you using an OEM Killer AX1690 card? Can you share some photos of the card and its box?
- Did you manually install the Killer AX1690 in your system?
- What is the brand and model of your system/laptop/motherboard?
- Can you share some screenshots of the issue?
- Can you further explain the connection that you want to achieve?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hallo Michael L.
1. Ive spent quite a lot of time with installing it will just front picture be fine? But definitely it has in front written "intel" and at back it has "intel stamp"
2. Yes I've upgraded it manually from intel AX211 installed by Dell in my Optiplex 7010 Micro which have had same just one frequency at the time.

5. I want to have Personal Hotspot with 2.4GHz AND 5 or 6GHz simultaneous access for my devices (becuse my PC to be used as router with USB 4G LTE modem for internet).
Thank you for help

Hello Bart123,
I hope you are having a good day.
By the way, before closing this inquiry, l me share that that, according to the Dell manual, the recommended wireless cards are Realtek RTL8821CE, Realtek RTL8852BE, and Intel AX211. To ensure all details are confirmed, it is advisable to contact Dell directly. Let me also share the following links:
