This Syntek USB WiFi dongle is over 10 years old. Its support appears to have been terminated in 2013 and no drivers for Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 were ever produced. I am afraid you are out of luck. That said, USB WiFi dongles are available from numerous sources and can be had pretty cheap (~US$12).
