What VERSION of Windows 10? Go to start, settings, system, about, and scroll down to the bottom to get that information.
Are you using the lenovo driver?
Do you have any wireless mouse or keyboard dongle plugged in, or other wireless devices that could interfere with the 7265?

Thanks for your response
a) Windows 10 Pro version 1803
b) I'm not using the Lenovo driver because I updated the driver on the intel site yesterday.
c) I have a wireless mouse/ keyboard combo and a webcam plugged into a USB adapter but I've had those things for well over a year and this is the first connectivity problem I've had
Thanks again,
Christopher

CRudd, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
I just wanted to check if the major connectivity problems are still present and if you need further assistance with this matter?
