Error when installing 22.180.0 for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 on notebook (please reopen case) part 2

There is possibly a bug with the Intel Software Installer for 22.180.0.4 that causes broken or orphaned registry links and directories, which prevents reinstalling it, or installing older Intel Software Installers.

Please refer to the previous thread, which contains feedback from several people experiencing this problem, and 2 datasets.
