A better question to ask is if the ax201 is compatible with your device.

Contact the manufacturer of your device and ask that question.

Unfortunately no. I have a wifi card that prevents the computer from starting. I think it is a defective wifi card but the seller says it's because of the processor i5 9600.

ASUS has informed you that the card is supported. And, asus supports your processor on that same board:

So, your problem is with the seller.
