Fedora 32 iwlwifi-3168-29 issue

Hi there, I am unable to get the wireless working. My details as follows;

kernel-5.8.17-200.fc32.x86_64

/sbin/lspci | grep "Network controller"
02:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168NGW [Stone Peak] (rev 10)

-rw-rw-r--. 1 fischer fischer 1012K Oct 23 22:10 Wireless/linux-firmware-20201022/iwlwifi-3168-29.ucode

-rw-rw-r--. 1 fischer fischer 6.6M Nov  3 19:31 Wireless/iwlwifi-3168-29.ucode

Have cp from kernel.org to /lib/firmware/intel and rebooted, then tried it again with the intel file. With the following outcome.

dmesg | egrep iwl*

Can someone shed some light as to how I can get it to work?

Thanks
