Good Evening some weeks back I talked with support about my dual band AC-3160 card not working in my Toshiba Satellite carried out what was suggested by intel support and determined the card for some reason was not working, I have since replaced the card only to find that the new one is also not working which sugested the issue is elsewhere. Device Manager reconnises that other card is fitted to the machine so is there anything else I can check or put it down to the motherboard ?
Any suggestions welcome
Hi thanks for reply, no I haven't spoke to Toshiba the machine is out of warrenty plus Toshiba no longer in the 'laptop' business. I suppose I could take it in for repair but at this point in time it's questionable to spend money on it or get a new one !
