Flexran xran sample-app error

Hello Intel-team.

We are trying to run the flexran/xran sample app for front haul. We are facing below errors while running the app. There are multiple errors, We dont know if some of these are expected.

1. Error1:  EAL: No available hugepages reported in hugepages-2048kB

2. Error2:  i40evf_del_mac_addr_by_addr(): fail to execute command OP_DEL_ETHER_ADDRESS

3. Error3:  PANIC in xran_bm_init(): rte_pktmbuf_pool_create failed [ handle 0x92d34f40 0 0 ] [nPoolIndex 0] nNumberOfBuffers 280 nBufferSize 14116 errno Invalid argument.
