Good afternoon, I have been having error 39 issue for my wireless and wired mouse from last few days. It shows error 39 when ever i connect any mouse and HID compliant mouse shows a error sign. And yes my USBs are responding remarkable well.

The Laptop is Dell Vostro 14 5468, 7th gen i7.

I have tried youtube to solve error 39 but nothimg seems to work. The OS says driver error in settings. I don't know what to do now.

What version of windows 10? 1903?

From where are you getting the drivers? Intel or dell?

Have you contacted dell for support on their laptop?
