Having issues with Intel-net-23.60.1.2

I’m experiencing issues with the Intel-net-23.60.1.2 driver. My problem is that Windows Update keeps reinstalling this new, bugged driver. I go into Device Manager and remove it, but Windows Update automatically reinstalls it without my notice.

I noticed that when Intel-net-23.60.1.2 was released, my Wi-Fi doesn’t work on reboot. Encrypted DNS no longer works, and if I flush the DNS, it completely breaks everything. Nothing works until I remove Intel-net-23.60.1.2 in Device Manager.

This is actually a catastrophic failure.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, the complete model of your Wi-Fi card, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.

Kindly answer the following questions

• To clarify, is the Wi-Fi unable to be used upon restart?
• If the system is not rebooted, is the Wi-Fi working fine?
• To confirm, are you facing slow connectivity, no wireless connection or auto disconnection from the Wi-Fi?

In our client company computer after I installed this version, and rebooted laptop and in windows user turned on WIFI and it still turn it off automatically. I must uninstall it and install previous version 23.40.0.4 . This works correctly.  Is there any other knowledge regarding this driver, cases?
