Hi
I'm using a Dell with the system model: Latitude 5300
The OS is Windows 10 home
I've been using this for a while but never saw anything wrong with it until 3 hours ago, I lost my wireless connection
When I check the drivers, the Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz seems to be broken
These are the properties:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.
I tried some solutions like changing the BIOS and updating the drivers to the newest version but nothing seems to work.
Can you help me with this ?
Thank you

Just an opinion.

- Open Device Manager
- Expand Network adapters
- Right-click Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560
- Click Uninstall device
Check “Delete the driver software for this device” - Reboot
Windows may re-install the driver , or else install it manfully from Dell.
If the driver or device suddenly failed, there could have been some system corruption
for some reason : Use a system restore point , if you have a recent one,
or else re-install the laptop completely (safe user data first)
