Hello danial_ock,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
- Is this a desktop or a laptop?
- Is this the original wireless adapter of the system?
- Was it working before? If so, when did the issue start happening?
Also, please download and install the Intel
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
Click on "Next", save the report and attach it to your response.

Hello danial_ock,
Thank you for the information provided, we noticed you are using a Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 802.11b|g|n WiFi Adapter. In case the issue persists, our recommendation is to check with the card manufacturer for useful troubleshooting on their products.
Hope this information is useful, if you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
