I need help fixing my Bluetooth drivers. "The software package cannot be installed" error code

I want to know how to fix driver installation errors. When it says "The software package cannot be installed", it gives no error code.

 I am running:

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0 Build, 19045)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4600U CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.69 GHz

What Bluetooth driver package are you attempting to install? It should be package version 21.10.1, providing driver version 20.100.5.1. If that is not what you have, you can get the final driver packages for your AC-7260 card from my archive.
