- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
You might share us some screenshots of Intel® DSA behavior when trying to install the update on your system as well with the report we can check your current version.

Hello Milor,
Thank you for your reply.
I was checking the report provided in order to check the model of your system and drivers installed, I found out that model appears as Notebook P65_P67SE not sure if this is the model or if this is an HP, Dell, Asus, etc.
Just to confirm, is this the version that you see in device manager 20.100.0.4 Bluetooth?
You might try a clean installation of the application.
Try the following steps:
- Uninstall Intel® DSA by using Intel® DSA Uninstaller.
- Delete log files found at C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA
- Restart the system
- Go directly to Download Center and do a fresh install of Intel®DSA

Adrian M.
