You're using a third party tool to install Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Driver and the error message is part of that tool. Please contact the software developer (apparently Siemens IT*) for troubleshooting.
From our side, we recommend to manually download and install the latest driver directly from your https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/oems.html OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) site or use the general Intel drivers:
