Hi,
So I have Asus G751JY ((Windows 10 x64)) gaming laptop with an Intel AC-7260 card.
I have 120 MBit/s internet connection (when i plug ethernet, the download speed is around 15MiB/s), but when I use wifi the download speed is unstable.
If i download something (for example steam games) the speed once 7MiB/s, once 4 or 2 etc.... so very unstable. I have already tried a lot of driver, but they are not solved the problem.
I have Asus RT-AC87U router with the newest firmware nad I use 5ghz, the laptop next to the router.
Sorry for my bad english.
Thanks,
Erik

premierpark,
We understand the wireless card is having intermittent connection or slow connection once in a while. We would like to know the following:
-Did the wireless card come installed in the computer?
-What is the driver version you are currently using?
-Is the BIOS of your motherboard up to date?
We will be waiting for your response.

Hello premierpark,
Please consider the following actions, as they may improve the connectivity of your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260.
- Apply the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking/000005544.html Recommended Settings for 802.11n Connectivity
- Disable the Bluetooth adapter and check if this helps. This is normally done with switch or key combination in the PC chassis, or it can be done from Windows.
If the issue persists, try disabling some Windows 10 technologies that may interfere with WiFi connection and test the connection again.
