Intel 7260HMW System Speed Issue

A nice day to everyone,

I just installed on my Acer Aspire 5755g an Intel 7260HMW wireless card, but after the configuration, the operating system Windows 7 becomes slow.

I think that's a conflict between Broadcom Bluetooth 3.0 USB (USB\VID_0489&PID_E010&REV_0603) and the newest Intel card.

Disambling it on the system no differences, putting back the old one, everything it's ok.

Thanks in advance for every support!

Hello Bride,

This issue is usually caused by compatibility issues such as electrical specifications, features that may be added or removed...etc. We strongly recommend that you contact Acer because they are the only one entitled to provide you the list of adapters that are compatible with your system as they customize the adapters to fit their system. Intel does not support integrations such as this one. Please keep in mind that wireless hardware installation and use is subject to regulatory approval and the adapter purchased may not support your local regulation. Only your system manufacturer is entitled to provide the list of validated and certified adapters that are compatible with your system. So for more information you may need to contact them directly.

Furthermore, Intel® Adapters for laptops are meant to be professionally installed by OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) technicians on certified systems only. We suggest that you review the articles available in the links below for more information on this subject:

On our best effort to help you. You may try to clean uninstall all original drivers from the previous adapter by accessing device manager and then install the drivers from our support page

: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Intel® Download Center - Nonetheless, there is a chance that it may not work due to the infrastructure of your system as it was built to be used with the original adapter. That is why the best option is still to contact your system manufacturer.
