I have just built my computer using a MSI Z97 Gaming 7 motherboard. I have plugged in the 4 pin connected USB header for Bluetooth that comes with the full module of the Intel AC 7260 in both of my motherboard front planes USB headers and i, still, can not get Bluetooth to work. I have updated all of the drivers for the wireless card using Intel's scan for the drivers and have downloaded and updated all of the recommended drivers that it told me.
Before you say my USB headers might be wrong, i have used another USB internal switch and plugged it into both to see if the ports were working or not. Turns out, both of the USB front panel headers are working.
Also, I am using windows 8.1 pro and i can not find any icon for the Bluetooth settings. the wireless AC works amazing with my router but i cant get Bluetooth to work.
Have a look at the pic, the bottom right two ports are the USB front panel connectors
Let me know if anyone has a suggestion which would be greatly appreciated and thanks for the time.

Please make sure you have the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth* installed.
If the latest version does not work try the previous one.
