Intel AC 7260HMW Not Recognized in Multiple Laptops

I am trying to use this wifi Card in a variety of laptops, notably:

Dell P745

MSI A6200

Asus X550L

Every single one of them it does the same thing:

1. Wifi and bluetooth work fine and show all networks
2. Connects successfully to a network
3. Shortly after disconnects from network and show no networks
4. Troubleshooting the network and 'resetting' the Wifi Adapter works 50% of the time, but only temporarily

I have found others claiming taping the pins 20 and 51 down does the trick...I have tried electrical tape, and now Performix 'Liquid Tape' and now no networks will show up period.

Please review my pictures and tell me if I've done it correctly.

I'm at my wits end and just want working wifi, please help.

You cannot simply plug in the adapter of your choice. You need to consult with the laptop manufacturer.

Additionally, I would not use any hacks such as "taping the pins 20 and 51 down ".
