Wireless works, bluetooth is unrecognized device.
My system info is as follows:

CPU: X9000
RAM: 8GB
GPU/Chipset: GMA965 family

Here I attach the logs of failed installtion(should translation of specific lines be required, let me know):

LiquidSteam,
The Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 was not designed to work on servers. You are welcome to confirm this piece of information here: http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-briefs/dual-band-wireless-ac-7260-bluetooth-brief.pdf The Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 - PRODUCT BRIEF page # 2 where it says "Operating systems". Please bear that Intel does not develop drivers specifically for servers.
Regarding Windows* Server 2016 Technical Preview 5, our recommendation is to contact Microsoft* for further details on this particular situation since this product is officially released just yet. In cases like this, verify with Microsoft* for inbox drivers.
Best regards,
Aleki

Regards,
I am awaiting for the community response.
As to your previous statement about lack of the design to work on servers etc. I would only ask about one thing. Would that be possible for you to provide a list of the error mentioned files/dll libraries, that are required in order to run the installer?
After all, you have created this installator, have you not?
Or if possible, specifically the file missing as per logs(if you are able to take educated guess based on them).
I am also going to contact Microsoft regarding this issue.
Thanks for all your help

LiquidSteam,
Thank you for your time. We would like to inform you that there is no available documentation regarding the list of errors you have requested. Looking at your current configuration provided in your first post, the Intel® Core™2 Extreme Processor X9000 is a fairly old processor (2008) and it may not be fully compatible to be used with the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 since this adapter was launched in 2013.
Windows®10 Server Technical Preview 5 has not yet been officially released so it is important to contact Microsoft* for additional support and consult if your configuration meets all the requirements to have this OS installed.
Please, let us know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Aleki
