Intel AX200 not working

I installed the Intel AX200 in my PC, downloaded the drivers, then i ran a troubleshoot on the bluetooth and it said it cant be identified in the system.

Installed it how? Into M.2 connector on motherboard? Into M.2 connector on PCIe WiFi card that is then plugged into PCIe slot on motherboard? If the latter, did you connect the card to a motherboard USB header with the included cable? [Hint: if PCIe card has no USB cable, then you can never use the Bluetooth feature.]
