I am a router software R&D, and recently there have been several cases of Intel AX200 series network cards (AX200, AX201, AX210) frequently disconnected from 5G. The interval between each dropout ranges from 10 to 30 minutes.
After analyzing sniffer, we found that the network card proactively sends a reason 1 request to disconnect. We replaced the router with different chipset solutions (MTK, QCA, RTK), and the network card would still have this issue. We have checked for environmental interference and the router's network status, but we have not found any possible causes.
In other posts, we saw that modifying the configuration as shown in the picture below can improve the situation. We tried modifying it and found that the connection could be maintained for 16 hours without dropping out. Could you please help analyze whether there is any correlation or possible cause, and thank you!

Hi @LiWeiii,
Thank you for posting to Intel Communities.
I would like to clarify the following information to further understand the situation you've raised.
1. Is the wireless card installed in a laptop or desktop? If you're using a laptop, may I know the brand and model of the affected laptops? else can you confirm if you are using customized desktop or a pre-built desktop?
2. Are the wireless cards pre-installed on the systems that you've mentioned or did you do self integration on the systems?
3. May I know what are the drivers that you've used for testing?
4. How many devices are affected by this issue during your tests?
5. I saw from the photos that you are have changed the settings with WoWLAN disconnect? does the issue happen after waking up from sleep?
6. Looking at the settings that you've configured, you've mentioned that configuring both No SMPS and WoWLAN keeps the system ok for 16 hours straight, does the issue happen when one or the other settings are removed? can you share the behaviors you saw?
7. Lastly, you've mentioned that you're working in RD. May I know if you can share the brand and model of the router that you're using for the test?
