Hi DARIELGG10 ,

Welcome to the Intel Support Community!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues with your new Intel AX210 card on your HP laptop. To better understand the situation and guide you in the right direction, could you please help me with the following information?

  1. You mentioned you bought the card. Could you confirm if this was an aftermarket upgrade you installed yourself (replacing the original card), or if the laptop came with this card pre-installed from the factory? If it was a replacement, what was the original card model?
  2. Could you please open "Device Manager" in Windows, expand the "Network adapters" and "Bluetooth" sections, and let me know if you see any yellow warning symbols or any specific error messages/codes (like Code 10 or Code 43) when you double-click the Intel AX210 adapter?
  3. What is the exact model of your HP laptop?

I look forward to your answers so we can investigate the compatibility further and determine the next steps.

Best regards,

LohithG.

Hi @DARIELGG10

I wanted to follow up regarding your Intel® AX210 wireless adapter issue.

Could you please provide the details requested in my previous post, specifically:

  • Whether the Intel AX210 was purchased separately and installed as an upgrade, or if it came pre-installed with the laptop.
  • Any error codes or warning symbols shown in Device Manager for the Intel® AX210 Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices.
  • The exact HP laptop model.

Additionally, based on your earlier comment that you "bought an Intel AX210 card for my HP laptop", it appears the adapter may have been installed as an aftermarket upgrade. In that case, please note that wireless adapter compatibility is determined by the system manufacturer. Some OEM systems implement hardware, BIOS, or regulatory restrictions that may prevent certain wireless adapters from functioning properly, even if they are physically compatible.

For more information, please refer to the following Intel article:Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade

If the adapter was purchased separately and installed as an upgrade, I also recommend contacting HP to verify whether the Intel® AX210 is supported on your specific laptop model.

Once I receive the requested information, I will be happy to continue investigating the issue.

Best regards,

Hi DARIELGG10,

Since I have recommended reaching out to the system manufacturer (OEM) to confirm wireless adapter compatibility, I will be going ahead and closing this thread. Please note that this thread will no longer be monitored.

Should you need further assistance in the future, please feel free to create a new thread, and I will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
