Hello,
I have an issue with the intel AX200 bluetooth.
Whenever im connected to my Bose QC 35 II, the audio becomes deeper and there are alot of stutters. but when you use troubleshooter it gets its fixed. Until you reboot your computer, then its the same issue.
- I installed the BT_21.80.0_64_Win10 Driver
- I removed previous drivers from the AW-CB375NF
- My laptop specs: AMD ryzen 4800H, GTX 1660Ti
- with other bluetooth devices like the Bose soundlink mini II i don't have this problem.
- I'm on the lates windows update (1909)
Maybe i didn't install it correctly, but I cant see what I'm doing wrong

Hello MDeru,
Thank you for your response and the information provided.
When talking about an upgrade (integration) of a wireless adapter there are several things that we need to take into consideration.
It’s worth mentioning that performing wireless integrations is subject to country-specific legal regulations. Before installing or changing the Intel® Wireless Adapter, Intel recommends that you contact the system manufacturer to obtain approval, step-by-step instructions, or support.
It should be noted that some features may not work properly due to the following reasons:
1. Hardware/software compatibility issues or dependencies.
2. Manufacturer limitations.
3. Driver limitations.
Please check the following article for more information:
Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade
That being said, we also recommend that you contact your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to make sure the wireless upgrade is not impacting the performance of the system and check if the Intel® Wireless Adapter is in your OEM's hardware compatibility list for this computer.
