Intel BE200 Link speed only 1.4Gbps?

Hi specialists,

I got a throughput issue with Intel BE200.

First, I found the tx and rx throughput was much lower than specifications of BE200 on 5G band.

tx was 1066mbps, and rx was 1129mbps.

Then I double checked the wireless  connection information. It shows the link speed was 1441mbps.  You know that there is a display issue with WIN11 connection link speed . It changes sometime, so I don't believe what it shows. But this time it could be the right value.

now, I got 1.4Gbps wireless link speed and throughput just over 1G. So I think there is a connection issue with Wi-Fi 7 router and Intel BE200.

To exclude the Wi-Fi 7 router issue, I used a mobile phone which  chipset is Qualcomm 8gen3 with wireless FastConnect 7800 to connect the router, the link speed showed 3226mbps. That is 160MHz 5G (2882)+ 20MHz 2.4G(344) MLO=3226.  To double exclude router issue, I used Intel AX210 to connect the router , the link speed showed 2.4Gbps, and throughput was 1.8gbps.

For now I have 90% sure the BE200 got a issue. But why? It is a antennas connection issue or Bandwidth issue?

After check the cable connection, I'm sure the antennas is good. I got a wireless capture between router and BE200 .

To compare the differences with Qualcomm 8 gen3, I captured as well.

You can see for bandwidth support on EHT, both BE200 and 8Gen3 are not support 320MHz in 6G, I don't why because they should support.  That is another question.

160MHz in 5G or 6G is not showed on EHT PHY capabilities . But there are infomations showed on HE PHY capabilities:  BE200 not support 160MHz in 5G and 6G, but 8gen3 support. That's why when I set BE200 worked in AX mode, the link speed was only 1.2Gbps.

To make sure the bandwidth issue, I login the router check the STA BW, and it showed EHT80.

Why BE200 is the same condition when working in BE mode only on 80MHz? How to fix it?

Other information

BE200 driver is the latest version WiFi-23.60.1-Driver64-Win10-Win11, and all settings are default.

Try to use Win11 24H2, because all the magic things with Wi-Fi 7 should happen with last "optimized" build.

I was able to get 5.188 Gbps after updating the Windows driver to 23.80.0.7. This one is not available in the download section, I guess someone forgot to add it. But I found one here: https://treexy.com/products/driver-fusion/database/network-adapters/intel/wi-fi-7-be200-320mhz/.
