Hello hyshin,

Thank you for sharing the log file. I have some clarifications below:

  1. Is this a new computer? If so, have check with your system's OEM for validated drivers or support on known issues related to the symptoms experienced?
  2. Can you confirm this is a laptop device?
  3. When did the issue start to happen?
  4. Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?
  5. Is this the original wireless adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
  6. Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both? If home, have you rebooted your access-point, router, modem?

I will wait for your reply, so I can proceed with further checking.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

A1 It's not a new computer. I didn't receive it.
A2 The product is a laptop.
A3 It's been happening since the beginning.
A4 The current OS is Linux and the information is as follows.

A5 This is a wireless adapter that I purchased and installed additionally. (New purchase)
A6 I am using it in an office environment. (AP is RUCKUS R770.)

I will explain further.

I confirmed that Wfi 7 is connected and MLO is possible in Windows 11 environment with the same hardware, but it is not confirmed in Ubuntu Linux.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me the environment for Intel be200 to work correctly.

Hello hyshin,

Please check the following:

  • Installation or use of Intel® Wireless Adapters is subject to country-specific legal regulations. Some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapters to be certified with the antenna that is intended to be used together in the system, while some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapter to be certified at the full system level. For example, in the US, the official rules governing the use of antennas with certified modules is covered under rule parts 15.203, 15.247 and 15.407. These can be accessed and/or downloaded at the FCC site.
  • An Intel® Wireless Adapter installed in a system that is being sold on the market doesn't necessarily mean that same wireless adapter can be used or installed in any other systems for the above mentioned reason.
  • As each country may have different regulatory requirements, before you install/change the Intel® Wireless Adapter in a system, you must contact the system manufacturer to determine if the Intel® Wireless Adapters you plan to install is approved for use in your system and country. You are required to follow the manufacturer's post-approval requirements.
  • If the manufacturer doesn't have the necessary approvals, the party installing the device is responsible for approvals. Installing adapters in an unauthorized system may be illegal. The end user is not authorized to install the Intel® Wireless Adapters (except the retail products below). Only the manufacturer or its authorized representative can install the adapters.
  • If you have already performed the integration, it is also important to understand that it may not work due to hardware or software compatibility issues or dependencies.

All Intel® Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) and Intel® Wi-Fi 7 products support the new 6 GHz band for Wi-Fi. Usage of the 6 GHz band relies on Operating System support. Please contact Ubuntu support for further assistance.

I will now proceed in closing this thread. Should you need assistance in the future, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Sincerely,

JeanetteC.
