Intel Bluetooth problem

Hello everyone i'm new here and i'm italian. Can anyone help me with bluetooth drivers?

I've noticed a problem a few days ago cause i couldn't connect my new keyboard, and i've found problems inside bluetooth drivers.

So i've tried with windows update but it doesn't say anything. I've downloaded intel driver & support and it says me that i've to update bluetooth drivers, but when i update them the problems continues, and even if i install them it always says me that i have to update bluetooth drivers (it semms that it doesn't install them).

So i've tried to delete bluetooth drivers but after that windows update doesn't install them automatically or detect this absence, and if i try to install them manually it doesn't install anything.

So i've restored the old backup with drivers installed but i'm always at the start point, i can't update them and i don't know why. I'm not very expert in pc and i don't know what can i do now can anyone help me?

i've already installed the version 22.90.2, but in driver version there is written 20.100.10.4

It seems that the pc doesn't want to replace the old drivers...???

The Wireless and Bluetooth driver packages contain drivers for multiple Wireless adapters. There is no guarantee that, in any particular package release, the drivers for all of the supported adapters will have been updated. You will definitely see packages released that do not update the driver for your particular adapter (but it is updating other portions of the software stack). Bottom line, you should not misconstrue not seeing your driver being updated as an indication of any problem with the package or with your PC's configuration.

If you are seeing a connection problem, I suggest that, before anything else, you do a clean install of the Wireless and Bluetooth driver packages. Here is the process for performing a clean install:

1. If you haven't already, download - but do not install just yet - the latest Bluetooth and WiFi drivers for your adapter. 2. Disable Internet access. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless. Keep disabled until told to re-enable.
3. From the Apps & Features applet, check for instances of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Intel Wireless Bluetooth. If none, skip to Step 6.
4. Uninstall each instance of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Intel Wireless Bluetooth that is present. When prompted, choose to "Discard Settings".
5. Manually reboot your computer, keeping Internet access disabled throughout.
6. From the Device Manager applet, check the Network Adapters section for an entry for Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 and check the Bluetooth section for an entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth that has an intel driver associated with it. If neither is the case, go to Step 10.
7. Right click on the entry for Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 and uninstall it, choosing to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
8. Right click on the entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth and open its properties. If it has an Intel driver associated with it, then uninstall it, choosing to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
9. Go to Step 5.
10. (Optional but recommended) Clean out all temporary files using the Windows Clean Disk tool (CleanMgr.exe). Ensure you have enabled cleaning of System Files. I recommend that you then checkmark all categories offered, even if no files currently in this category (so it leaves it set up for next invocation). (Optional but recommended) Clear each of your browsers' cache.
11. Install the Bluetooth driver package (my rule: always do Bluetooth first).
12. Install the Wireless driver package.
13. Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
14. Enable Internet access.
15. Test.
