We are trying to get access to the Diagnostic and Regulatory Test Utility (DRTU) for the AC3163 and AC9260 Wi-Fi cards. We've contacted our distributor, who in-turn contacted Intel. They were told that DRTU can only be provided to a test house.
We're working with Intertek as our test house, and they haven't been able to provide the DRTU either. I contacted Dekra, as they've been the recommended test house in other posts on this forum. However, as we're not doing testing at their lab, they aren't authorised to provide DRTU to us.
Dekra recommended we contact Intel's local FAE assistance, and that customers can download DRTU under NDA rule from Intel RDC. We are happy to complete an NDA with Intel, or for intel to provide DRTU via Intertek, the test house we're working with. We just need a way to access this software to complete testing.
Please let me know how to proceed here.
