Setup: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265, Windows 8.1 x64, Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software 18.20.0.0
Observered behavior after creating a Hyper-V virtual switch bound to the wireless adapter:
* Connection is seemingly still fine and stable
* PROSet is perpetually "Connecting to please wait..."
* Manual Diagnostics Tool fails Ping Test: "Failure getting ping status!"
Now this may be purely cosmetic, but is there a way to have PROSet recognize the virtual switch adapter properly and get rid of the above anomalies?
