I turned on the Laptop and connected to my normal work related WiFi at work like I always do every morning. Nothing different than what I always do day in and day out. Within about 1 min after I noticed the WiFi on my laptop acting funny. Would not connect. It kept switching from Ethernet Plugin to WiFi. than it just would not find my WiFi. After some investigation I found that my Driver had a "Code 10" went and downloaded the latest updated driver from the Intel Site for my model. Rebooted the Laptop and still had the same issue. I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled the latest driver. Rebooted the Laptop and it still was giving me an issue. I checked again online and made the Manufacture Drivers were all updated as well. Still can't seem to find an issue as to why this is happening. I did attach the error logs and warnings that came up with the driver error. Not sure if this would be of any sort of help. I have Model Asus ROG GL503VD Driver Version 20.60.0.7 Log Name: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-PnP/Configuration Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-PnP Date: 7/11/2018 12:36:18 PM Event ID: 442 Task Category: None Level: Warning Keywords: User: SYSTEM Computer: DESKTOP-N2ULJEN Description: Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24FD&SUBSYS_00108086&REV_78\4&287a9622&0&00E6 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match. Hello UnrealTravis,

As we understand, the wireless adapter in your PC is not working and shows an error Code 10 in device manager. We will be glad to help you with this. First we would like to mention that this type of error can happen for different reasons (drivers, hardware, 3rd party software, etc.); in order to discard any issues from the adapter please try the following actions:

- Perform a https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers. Using https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27849/Wireless-Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10?product=94150 Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10 version 20.60.0.

- Remove any 3rd party software or drivers that may be interfering with the normal operation of the wireless adapter.

Let us know if the issue persists after these steps, or in case you have any additional questions.

Regards,

Jonathan B.
