Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2100 causes BSOD

In a week I had already 5 times a blue screen on my pc. I searched on the web and it is appearently a Blue Screen Of Death:

After i restart my pc, i always receive the message that my pc will search what the cause is, and then appears:

Intel(R) Wifi Link 5100 AGN

I checked out the internet, and, correct me if I'm wrong, but in fact I have to concentrate me on Wifi Link 5100, and not on what windows proposes to do (PRO/Wireless 2100). Nevertheless there is no update for 5100 and I just got a blue screen again.
