Intel(R) WiFi 6 AX201 160MHz device not working (code 10/43)

I keep facing the issue of my intel wifi adapter giving me the code 10/43 for 2 weeks already

I've tried reinstalling the driver, rollback the driver to an older version, holding the power button for 40 sec to restart the hardware, typing the ipconfig commands in the cmd prompt, troubleshooting, reset network. I've also tried to load from the system point but it gave me alot of other software problems so I had to update everything again. I've also downloaded the latest driver from my manufacture website and did an update using that and I've checked that my BIOS is the latest version. I've also tried unchecking the "allow computer to turn this device off to save power".

This problem occurred when I did some additional updates for my drivers in the windows update. The updates are called "INTEL - System - 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM - 10.1.1.42", "Microsoft - Other hardware - Microsoft Wireless Router Module" and ASUSTek COMPUTER INC - Firmware -10.0.18362.311". I did this updates cause my bluetooth disappeared from the device manager and the updates helped to bring it back. Unfortunately no such restore point exist before this date as it somehow disappeared(I didn't know it could so I did not restore to before this point).
Sometimes some of these methods will work and I can connect to my wifi. Then I've also tried just shutting it down overnight and my wifi was working for the entire next day but it only lasted for 3 days. It always ends up with the same error. This occurs most often when I try to play my games like honkai impact 3 and honkai star rail. Using only chrome decreases the chance of this issue but it has happened before too.
I took a look at my event viewer and under device manager I found out about this error "Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_06F0&SUBSYS_00748086&REV_00\3&11583659&1&A3 had a problem starting." which occurs when I on the computer. Under administrative events. I also have multiple errors like:

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : A required parameter is missing from the registry,

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly,

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Could not allocate the resources necessary for operation,

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : The version number is incorrect for this driver,

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : The network adapter has returned an invalid value to the driver and

ACPI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to write to an illegal PCI Operation Region (0x10), Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

Does "Device PCI....." error have anything to do with why my wifi adapter keep crashing because this error has the service "Netwtw10" which is the name of the source for my intel wifi errors.
I'm really desperate for help as I have an online interview coming up next Monday and I really wish my wifi adapter does not go out in the middle of the interview. What else can I try?

Hi, Lifu1.

Thank you for posting in our Community.

You've gone through quite a thorough troubleshooting process already. Dealing with persistent hardware issues can be frustrating, especially when it affects your daily tasks and upcoming commitments like your interview. Usually, a Code 10/43 error is a temporary error, generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device. However, this error is considered a generic message indicating an unspecified problem.

Moreover, before trying any of the following troubleshooting steps, Intel strongly recommends updating your Intel Wireless or Bluetooth drivers to the latest version. Check with your OEM for the latest drivers available for your system or visit Download Center if you are using an Intel Generic Driver. I would like to share with you this Intel article/link, Codes 10, 22, 28, 31, 43 or 45 Errors in Device Manager for Bluetooth® or Wireless (Wi-Fi) Devices, where you can find the troubleshooting steps that might help fix the issue.

Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Hi,
I updated my Wi-Fi drivers today, and I got "Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device. (Code 56)" in device manager on the Wi-Fi. device. On Linux (Ubuntu 23.10.1) it works just fine, which means this is a driver problem. I am on Windows 11 Home 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3447), and I suspect this is a Windows issue with permissions, or could be the anti-virus that I use. I am sure that the reason why Windows can't set up the class configuration for the device, is that it doesn't have the permission to do so. On Hyper-V (before this issue), I was not able to make a virtual switch using the Wi-Fi device because of some permissions, so my virtual machine couldn't get any internet. I tried uninstalling the device, but that doesn't seem to remove all the remnants, and the permission stays the same. This could be a bug, or could be what I speculate is a permission problem. I also tried disabling almost all the anti-virus protection features and it still happens. The installer for older drivers wont continue because there apparently is a newer version of the driver, even after uninstalling it. On ethernet, everything works just fine. This is probably because of broken drivers. I still didn't try safe mode yet but I will when I have the time. Is there any way to remove every single remnant of the driver and install an older version? I would be very glad if this can be fixed. I use an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 with a GTX 1650, and an Intel Core I5 10300H. The support page of the manufacturer is here: https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Nitro%20AN515-55/downloads .
