Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. Rest assured, we will assist you with your concern.
For us to further understand the situation, please download and run the Intel SSU https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html?v=t this can help us with troubleshooting. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file and share the file with us.
Also, may I know what are the steps you have tried to troubleshoot this issue?
