Hello community,
after i updated to Windows 11 i cannot see my WiFi option. I have a B550I AORUS PRO AX 1.0 motherboard. It normally can use WiFi. I tried to install the newest driver but it does not change anything. My Network-controller has an orange triangle. But i can´t do updates. I even tried to reinstall it but it does not changed anything.
The 23.30.0 WiFi driver i installed says, that it was succesfully installed but everything kept the same as before.
I also installed the WiFi driver [22.200.0.6] from the offical Gigabyte website: https://www.gigabyte.com/de/Motherboard/B550I-AORUS-PRO-AX-10/support#support-dl-driver-wlanbt
-Everytime i install it, it told me that something went wrong with the installation of 7z.
I am sorry for my english skills. I would appreciate it, if someone can resond in german.
Can please someone help me?

As you requested a phone call, please use our support phone directory.
And just a heads-up that the support that will help you depends on what geo or country you are from.
Thank you, and have a great day ahead!

Hello MicheleV,
Thank you for posting in our communities.
Please provide the following details in order for us to further isolate the issue and provide you with a solution:
1. Inside the network controller, which has a yellow bang, kindly double-click it, then check if there's an error message inside. If there is, please copy and paste the error message and translate it to English so we can completely understand it.
2. Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, graphics driver version, errors logged in the system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
And by the way, please note that I can only support you in English.
We look forward to your response!
Thank you, and have a great day ahead!
Best regards,
Carmona A.

Hello Carmona,
thank you for your help.
The actual reason was, i did not know that i have the B550 Pro AX 1.1 instead of the B550 Pro AX 1.0!!
I read that the only difference between this motherboards are the WiFi Chips. So i have the AMD Wifi instead of the Intel Wifi.
But luckely i figured it out quickly and installed the AMD WiFi driver.
Now it works. finally...
But thank you very much for your help
Best regards,
Michele
