Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz Code 10

Hi, we have the following problem.
in device manager Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz orange exclamation mark. 
will not connect
With USB WiFi dongle it would work. 
ssu and msinfo32 and some screenshots attached.

When did you purchase the laptop?

Was the wireless connection working fine before, being able to connect to a network without showing the orange exclamation mark, on this specific machine?

If yes, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

The wireless card, did you purchase it separately or did it come installed on the computer?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
