Intel WiFi 6E AX211 160MHz: Cannot connext PROTON VPN after last update

After latest update, 100% error occurs when trying to connect via APP "Proton VPN."

"connecting" never succeeds even after cleanup, reboot, etc.

Last week, the connection would succeed 90% of time after rebooting each time, but never from resuming Windows 11 from sleep or hybernation.

For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:

1. What is the brand and model of your system?
2. What was the last update the you mentioned? Is it a driver update, OS update or BIOS update?
3. Can you still connect to the Wi-fi without the VPN?
4. You updated the driver using IDSA right?
