Hi, I've just experienced this network issue in my laptop now, but when I just browse in Edge or Chrome, I don't get the issue, but when I start a game like Valorant or Dota 2 the driver shuts down. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver but when I uninstall the driver and reboot my laptop it automatically installs. Also, when I try to install the latest update of the Wi-Fi driver, it shows Documentation fixing or something like that.

Hello corndog,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To better understand the issue, I need more details about your system. Please provide the following information:
- Is your system a desktop PC or a laptop?
- Is the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 pre-installed on your device, or did you install it as an upgrade component?
- Does the issue occur only while playing games like Valorant or Dota 2, or does your wireless connection disconnect/disable in other situations as well?
- Was the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 working previously, and the issue has only recently appeared, or has it been problematic since you first started using it?
Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share your system configuration to help me provide an accurate solution. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
I look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello, Jeanette!
1. My system is a laptop.
2. Yes, the Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 is pre-installed.
3. It only occurs when I play games for around 10mins or so, but when I'm just browsing in my Edge or Chrome it doesn't occur.
4. The Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 is working previously, and it occurred yesterday only when I noticed when I try to play games I keep on disconnecting to my Wi-Fi that's when I realized I had a problem in my driver, I updated it this July 23rd, but it only occurred yesterday.

Hello corndog,
Thank you for sharing all this information.
Since you are using a laptop system, I would just like to inform you that we recommend utilizing the drivers from the OEM since this is altered and customized by the manufacturer to be fully compatible with your system.
To further troubleshoot the issue, please try to follow the steps below.
1. Perform a clean installation of the latest wireless drivers - Modern 14 B11M
2. Make sure you have the recommended settings for the wireless standard: Recommended Settings for 802.11ax Connectivity.
3. Confirm there are no pending Windows updates.
4. Try connecting to another network if available, and test if the issue persists.
5. Try connecting to another Access Point (AP) or router, and test if the issue persists.
6. Make sure the router or Access Point (AP) is well configured. We recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to ensure this.

If you continue to observe the same issue, please let us know.
