Intel Wifi Problem - where it becomes disabled and cannot be reenabled

We've just started using new Dell E6220 series laptops with Windows 7 and Intel Proset and use an administrative profile for our users.

Our administrative profile is set to disable the wifi when ethernet is detected which it does.

However we've have noticed and have been able to reproduce a problem where if a machine is docked (and so ethernet on and wireless off) and is left for a while, andf then pulled from the dock - sometimes the Wifi will not come back on.

Trying to switch it on/off on the hardware switch doesn't work, trying to enable via Intel Proset or via Mobility doesn't work either and a reboot is the only thing to get the wifi back working.

Anyone have any idea?

Chips is 6205 driver version 14.0.1.2 (Dell hardware)
