Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz surchauffe (overheat)

Do you mean the Wireless card is causing the laptop to suffer of overheating? That is definitively something that should not be happenning and is pointing out to a hardware/integration issue, no driver issues. Actually the clue is it is working after let the laptop is not use for an hour or so.

If you already made sure there is proper air circulation, at this point you should contact Asus for further support (only they can test this environment/device) and check if you need warranty assistance.

I don't believe for even a second that this tiny little card, considering its minimal power usage, is causing the entire laptop to overheat. There has got to be something else responsible for this. Please better explain exactly what is happening.

After a "sudo modprobe -r iwlwifi" and "sudo modprobe iwlwifi" commands,

I've got (in dmesg) following log messages :

@GMACE1 Did your ASUS come with the 9560, or did you add it yourself?
