I get this error when I click "Services" for my bluetooth device. I have all the files I need (checked another topic about the issue) and I just can't seem to solve the issue. Can anyone help? I have no idea what the problem is. I have "This device is working properly." in Properties but I can't open it!

Did you try removing and adding the Bluetooth device or uninstalling and reinstalling drivers?

Please provide the model of the wireless adapter.

Yes, I have tried this. Is this what you are asking for? http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/wireless/cwn-2230 Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230

Based on the information you provided I believe your operating system is Windows* 7. Please uninstall your drivers and install the latest versions below:

It would be helpful to know if the Bluetooth* service was working previously and if so, what changed before the issue started to happen.
